Connected devices

I have a Basic Subscription as I am now retired.  I have Dropbox on my surface pro and PC and until recently had the app on my iPhone and iPad but on trying to access the ap on my iPad I got a messag...

    Hi mark_urq,

    Take in mind that when you delete Dropbox application from any device, it doesn't mean that established connection on that device drops automatically. 🙂 Most probably that's what confuses you. Before delete/uninstall the application you need to unlink it. 😉 Something that seems you skipped.

    You still can disconnect any connected application using device list here (the name is a bit confusing - not devices actually, but connections/links list). Take in mind to make a third connection, you need to have at most 2 existing (otherwise the new one gonna become fourth and that's why rejected).
