Add the ability to safely sync to an external drive.

The nature of our work requires that we sync our Dropbox image library to an external drive. However, if this drive is unplugged in causes a mass deletion. This obviously causes a big problem for us. 

 

There needs to be some way to tell Dropbox that the files are not being deleted if the external drive is unplugged.
