I am aware there is already a few posts about this, But I completely agree with Nickolai T. (https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox/Unzip-a-file-inside-dropbox/idi-p/62742)

I put “in iOS” because I am unaware if you can unzip .zip files on Dropbox.com or the Dropbox desktop applications. If you can’t on the desktop applications, Then this would be for those platforms too But I do find myself trying to unzip .zip files a lot on my iPhone & iPad, This is a much much much needed feature.

It would be the final stage in filhandling. You download a zipfile to Dropbox, u zip it there if you wish. And ready. That should be the workflow. Now it stops after downloading.
