Dropbox StaffHi ConorSmith, currently, this isn't supported on Dropbox, even when transferring content from a deleted team member.
We'd recommend having shared links be created by team admins or other users who are more permanent members of the Dropbox Business team to prevent issues like this from occurring in the future.
