Dropbox App Mac windows "can't be more narrow"

Hi,

I use the app "Magnet" to organize the windows on my M1 Mac. Unfortunately the windows of the Dropbox App "can't be more narrow". It's not possible to open the Dropbox App on the right or left side of the screen and other apps on the other side without a huge overlap of the Dropbox App into the side of the screen.

I would really appreciate the option to not show the huge banner on the right side of the Dropbox App which tells me that I could "add notes, lists, to-dos..." to a folder. Is this possible?
