Customizing the pause/resume syncing options

Can you please provide an option to select your own sync resume time.
I would love to have an option to set my own resume time - not only in 1 hour, tomorrow, etc.
At least a few more "x hour's" time.

Reason being:
My data package (in South Africa) have 'Night owl' data available between 00:00 and 05:00
It would be great to have an option to set the sync to resume at your own selected time. Say at 00:01.
Currently I have to wait until 23:00 to set the sy Sync resume timenc to resume in 1 hour - which is silly to say the least.

Please add an option to delay syncing for 30 seconds because as a developer I have to always pause Dropbox in order to work, otherwise I have a conflict when my software tries to upload my new file to the server at the same time Dropbox is syncing it.

I know you have a pause, but always having to have it in pause made everyday means I have to go each and everyday without Dropbox running, which is not what I want to do.

Let developers use Dropbox too, the option to delay the syncing for 30 seconds would allow my software to upload it and then Dropbox can sync it.
