Who We Are
We are a committed team working at Dropbox ready to support our Community members, share best practices and empower you to make the most of your Dropbox experience. The Community is not only a place to find support, it’s also a collaborative space. You can connect with other users, help each other solve technical issues, learn new things and provide feedback. We are the link between our customers and Dropbox and we’ll make sure everyone knows what you have to say.
Community Sections
There are three main sections where you can find support, discover tips & tricks and share your ideas for Dropbox with us.
Help from the Community - This is where you’ll find support from Community members and Dropbox staff. You can ask questions, share helpful answers or search for conversations that are relevant to you.
Work Smarter with Dropbox - In this section you will discover new ways of using Dropbox. You can explore all our tips and tricks and take a look at what’s new in feature and product updates. You can check out customer stories, share your own or join our dedicated spaces for business admins and developers.
Share an idea - As the name suggests, in this section you can submit your ideas for Dropbox. You can also vote for your favorite ideas from our Community members. This is important as top-voted ideas will be shared with our product team to consider for Dropbox. We’re excited to celebrate with you when some of your great ideas become a reality.
Join the Community
Sign in to become an official member of the Dropbox Community and get the answers you need. You’ll get notified when other members reply to your comments or when a reply has been accepted as a solution. As you become more and more active, you will get awarded with badges and hike up our different levels. This will allow you to unlock permissions and achieve new ranks in the Community. Who knows…you could even become a Super User!
