He comprado un Tablet Samsung Galaxy S. Al instalarlo Dropbox me ha aparecido un mensaje diciendo que me regalaban 48GB durante dos años pero no se ha sumado a mi espacio.

Usually, this issues comes from the fact that you each user account is only eligible to redeem one promotion of a certain type. This is because promotions of the same type cannot be “stacked” on one account, so if you’ve already redeemed one promotion of a certain type, you cannot redeem another.
