I will check about Microsoft's cloud, because I am quite sure they pay taxes in France!
A real scandal for EU, taking European customers like sillies!
I will also set up my own cloud or with OVH, a French Provider which pays its taxes.
Truly fed up with these companies otimizing on our backs!

Nothing has really changed though Keren (and as a free user your not even contributing anyway), as previously the taxes would have been paid in the USA and not the EU, now they are paid in Ireland.
The only way to stop this is for the countries themselves to legislate against it - do you pay more tax than you have to? I certainly dont.
