No option to unsubscribe from marketing emails
It’s 101.
No company should be sending emails without an unsubscribe button. How on earth do I do this? I don’t have a paid account and I can’t see this in my account section. Dropbox is now making me work for them for free. There’s nothing worse.

Hey dragon is lazy, I hope you're doing well!
You should have the ability -if you scroll down on the email- to unsubscribe from our emails. When you say you can't see this in your account section, can you let me know more?
You can also always check which notifications you wish to receive, or not using these settings.
If you have any questions, let me know!

Exactly. And some dropbox emails do not contain such a link.
Unsubscribing in 2024 must be a simple process.

dragon is lazy, if you come across one of these emails again, feel free to send us a screenshot of the options you see and we’ll have a look.
