My previous Dropbox account is gone alone with my pictures.
I went to log into my account on Dropbox and years and years of pictures are gone. The email I used to upload pictures made me open a new account like the other account never existed.
Please help!

I’m sorry to hear about the situation, Ashbash.
If it's not possible that your Dropbox account could've been closed due to inactivity, is there any chance that you’ve set up a new Dropbox account instead under an email address with a typo?
You can double check this on this page.
Let me know what you find.

When was the last time you signed in to the account. If the account has been idle for more than a year, then would have been deleted due to inactivity. Unfortunately, once an account has been deleted it's not possible to recover it.
When did you last access the account and when did you last see the files?
