I'm not receiving the link to verify my Dropbox Fax account

I am trying to verify my email by sending myself a verification email.  The directions from dropbox say to go to setting/general on a web browser and then go to your email.  Hit the "send verification email" link.  However, there is not "send verification email" link appearing on the page.  Does anyone know where it went or another way to verify my email?

    Are you getting a message that says you need to verify your email? Usually when the link isn't there it means your email is already verified. Can you take a screenshot of the page? Be sure to mask your email address.

      Thanks Rich for the reply.  Since this was a time sensitive issue, I signed up for another fax service so will not be using Dropbox fax.  But to answer your question, I did get a verification code when I signed up the first time.  However, I am still unable to sign up for the fax service.  I am not a paying dropbox customer (free account) but wanted to sign up for the "personal" fax service at the montly price referenced.  Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
