I'm being denied access to one of our Dropbox accounts
I have a DropBox account I use with clients in my medical/legal consulting business. My husband & I are also a members of a professional photography group that is using DropBox for training sessions...

Accounts not used within 12 months are automatically deleted. So the account may still exist but all data in it is wiped.
