How can I get help to access an old Dropbox account?
lets start with trying to manage your way around the drop box website is a nightmare. and trying to get help is nearly impossible you need to pay to get help??? cmon.. drop bot doesnt even work and there is no option to submit a email ticket or anything to get help. i cant log into my old account which i need to get rid of because it is simply a second account which i dont need. i changed my number which means i cant get a code to log in then it asks for emergency codes which i do not have anymore. why not give a option like google or any other cloud platform to send a email code??? i need help lol and drop box does not make it easy what so ever

Hi VXTRX, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

That means it wont be possible to get in to that account. Without either of those 2 things the account is lost.
If its a paid account support will help you stop payments on it but not regain access.
If its a free account it will be auto removed after 12 months of inactivity.
