Thanks for the screenshots, Jose H.8, everything seems to be working correctly with your backup.
The fact that you don't see the backup folders within your Dropbox folder could be due to an update of the backup feature to the new experience; do you remember getting a notification about such an update at some point recently?
If you did the update, you should be able to find your desktop folders in their original locations; they're still backed up, they're just not within the Dropbox folder anymore.

where are my Desktop, Downloads and Documents folders when I go to Dropbox on my phone or on another comuter?
