Dropbox Sign function to bypass a signer
Hi there,
Is there an option where I send out my documents to sign to 10 signers, but one refuses to sign and I would still like to receive the document to reflect 9 signers?
Cheers, ...

Hey there Melissa21 - thanks for posting on our Community and happy Friday!
The document should reflect any changes as soon as your signers take any action on the document itself, but let me know if I'm missing something here.
Thanks!

Hey Walter,
Thanks for responding!
I meant what if I were to send a document to sign for 10 signers, and one of them refuses to sign the document. Am I able to still retrieve the fully signed document?

Yes, you'd be able to retrieve the signed document without the signature from the person who didn't sign it Melissa21

Sorry I’m having difficulty understanding how that works. Does the person have to do something to reject signing or I can remove the person?
I have been using and I don’t seem to see the option to get the document without all parties signature.- Nancy3 months agoDropbox Staff
Hey Melissa21, hope it’s OK to chime in. At the moment, all users will need to sign the document for it to be “completed”.
What you can try though, if you wish to remove a user that won’t/can’t sign it, is to click on the "Edit and resend” option. This way, the rest of the users will most likely need to sign the document again though.
