Confused about my account email and access on desktop
I've been using Dropbox for years through one email address. I recently closed the business connected to this email so (I thought) I changed the email associated with my Dropbox to a new address. Now I am only able to access my files and folders if I login to Dropbox on a browser. I want to be able to access the files, as I used to, in my Windows explorer folder but there's nothing there (except newly saved files). I'm also working on a new pc and I can't seem to change the email associated to the pc. Is this anything to do with my problem?
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
Think I've sorted it now. My files had not syncd to my PC but I have come across the step I needed to complete. Thank you

Yes that's I can access this page, I can see the correct email is showing as my personal email (and change if necessary) and I can see all the correct files and folders on the left hand side.

Does it have the old business email address that you no longer use?
Are you able to change it to another email address that you have access to, one which isn't already associated with a Dropbox account?
