Live Support should be an option to solve issues

There should be an option to set up a live support call with Dropbox support. Some issues are more easily solved in a live setting where screens can be shared and discussions can happen, instead of going back and forth in email/chat.

    Thank you, Jay. However there isn't an option for setting up a live, scheduled call with support, like a Zoom / Microsoft Teams call for example. I was chatting with support this morning who confirmed that.

    Yes, currently there isn't any option that allows for a meeting as you described, the closest option would be screensharing while on a live phone call.
