How you cancel your account depends on how you originally subscribed. Refer to the following help articles and let us know if you have any questions.

Phone support is only available for Business accounts. If you have a Business account you can initiate a Support call via a callback from the Help section of your Admin console.
All other account types can find the support options available to them on the Support page.
