I received an email that my trial has ended but I have a paid subscription

Yesterday I received an email stating that my trials ends, but it doesn't state what trial. I have a plus account that runs until June next year. I've had it for many years. I never signed up for no trial.

The email creates the impression that I will no longer be able to add new files and the only thing to do is to upgrade to Dropbox Essentials.

I think this is very misleading. Is this even legal? Email was sent to me from no-reply@dropbox.com

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, useuseuser.

Just to confirm, is the email address you received this email to, the exact same as the one that's associated with your paid Dropbox account?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thanks for confirming that with me, useuseuser.

Can we send you an email, so we can take a closer look into this?
