I paid for Dropbox Plus, but my account hasn't been upgraded
Hello,
Today, I purchased the Dropbox Plus subscription.
I paid 119,88 euro for a year, but I did not get the Dropbox Plus update.
Also, I have not received an email about my payment.
Do you know what needs to be done now?

Did you upgrade your Dropbox account from our website, or your iTunes/Google Play account?
Did you also check your email address’s spam folder, and there’s no confirmation there?
If not, I’d suggest having a look at any other email address you may have, in case you’ve accidentally upgraded the wrong Dropbox account.
Let me know what you find, and we'll go from there.

I upgraded the account through your website.
No, there is no email in spam folder and I am sure I did not upgrade other accounts. This is the only account I have.
Is there any other way that you could help me?

Hello Nancy, I hope you can help me. I have been getting the message from drop box that I don't have enough storage, suggesting I upgrade. My pictures do not sync since December. I just realized that I did pay for the upgrade back in July thru Paypal. Looks like at the beginning the account was upgraded but after a while it stopped and went back to basic. I am not able to contact them because since they put me back in basic account.

Is it possible that you upgraded a different Dropbox account, other than the one you're currently using?

I paid for dropbox plus and it shows on my account that I have it and a pop-up shows up to learn more but every time I press it it shows an error message so I cannot use the dropbox plus features.

Are you able to see any payments on your account from this page?
Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?
Feel free to also clarify the error message you get on your end. If you have any screenshots, they are more than welcome too.

Ik heb zojuist mijn account geüpgraded naar het Dropbox Plus abonnement, dit geld is van mijn rekening afgeschreven maar ik zie het nieuwe abonnement niet op alle plekken terug in mijn account. Hoe kan ik het nieuwe abonnement doorvoeren in mijn account?

Which plan do you see in the plan page of your account settings?
If you go to your billing page, does the payment appear there?

For the time being I got a 30 days free trial of de Dropbox Standard, so at te moment I see in the plan page and billing page the Dropbox Standard. But before I got the 30 days trial, I saw in the plan page the Dropbox Basic and in de Billing page Dropbox Plus (which I upgraded). It looks like the payment went well but I didn't receive a conformation mail.
