Date format in signatures is different to settings
Hi,
I have a Dropbox Professional plan. It comes with 3 signature requests/month. (Will be upgraded to Essentials plan in December).
In our Dropbox settings, I have the date set to "DD/MM/YYYY". (Language is English-UK). This all works fine and is reflected everywhere as it should.
I'm now trying to set up my first Signature request. When I drag the Date box (for the date someone signs) onto the document page, it is tagged as the format "MM/DD/YYYY". I cannot use this format.
So my question is:
- Is this just a picture to represent a date (like a squiggle is for a signature), but not actually the format that will be used? or,
- If it is actually the format that will be used, how do I change it?
Unfortunately I cannot test question 1 above as to how the date actually is displayed as I only have 3 signatures requests included until December and can't afford to waste them!
