I need to cancel a plan I no longer have access to
I am being charged for a subscription for a business that is no longer in operation. I'm honestly not sure I actually even signed up for this. I can't access the account because I no longer have the email and don't recall the password. There is literally no way for me to cancel and no way to contact an actual human through this site. This is the worse customer service experience I've ever had. Does anyone know how to get an actual accountable human involved? I'm about to call BBB.

Hi scout2, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
