I can't access live chat support, even though I have a subscription.
I have a paid subscription but can't access Live Chat support.

Dropbox support isnt open on a weekend, its Monday through Friday only.
Also, if it is then have you paid OR are you on a trial? You only get live chat support when you physically pay.
Oh and its worth making sure you are logged in to the right account which you pay with to make sure you can see it. If you go to https://www.dropbox.com/manage/subscriptions?_tk=account_menu and it shows 'Basic' you are logged in to a free account so wont see the options.
