HP+Dropbox promotional offer activation problem

I recently bought a HP Envy 360 and signed up for the HP+Dropbox 100 BG promotional offer. I received the email saying it would be applied to my Dropbox account. But there was some confusion about the email address I used to sign up and I accidentally deleted that account. I signed up again with the same email but now I'm unable to see the offer or any way to activate it. What can I do to rectify this?

    Hi sebastian12, welcome to our Community! 

    As Mark said, if you deleted the account, then I'm afraid you also deleted the promotional space along with it.

    I'm afraid you've almost certainly lost the space - space is not transferable. If you deleted an account it also loses everything associated with it

      I had a bad feeling that was going to be the answer I get but I was hoping there would be something I could do to salvage the situation.

        Is there no way to get in touch with someone @Dropbox who might be able to help with the situation?
