Getting charged without a subscription. How can I cancel and get a refund?

I keep getting charged for an account, but I don't have a subscription plan?

Is there anyway I can talk to a person for a refund and a cancellation? How do I keep getting charged when I don't have any storage or benefits??

 

NEED HELP.

    Hey Lindseymarie28 - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your charge(s)? 

     

    If you did and it didn't help much, you can reach out to our support team directly through this form.

     

    Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
