Couldn't redeem 100gb promotional offer
I bought a new hp laptop and i got 100gb for 12 months as promotional offer, but after reinstalling that 100gb is gone. How to get it back?!

Just to check, when you say you reinstalled the app, was this after you redeemed the offer on your account?
Is it possible you have another email address on which the promotional offer is active?
