Can't find the account I'm being charged for
I had a paid subscription with one email which I cancelled no problem.
I also have a free account under a different email address which I want to keep.
However, I am still seeing charges on my ...

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
