Hey BCarroll, let's jump right into this!
If you'd like to move your files out of Vault, you should be able to do so as you would when moving files from any other location within your account.
You can try out these steps:
-Sign into dropbox.com and go into Vault
-Click the ellipsis button (...) next to the file/folder you'd like to move
-Select Move
-Select the new location from the interface
-Click Move again
After moving your content, you can then delete your Vault by following these steps.

When I click on Move, it populates folders to move them into within my Vault.

When I click Move, it just gives me the same folders that I have in my Vault to move it to. I want to move the whole folder out of my Vault back to my laptop.
