Can you duplicate in Dropbox an Excel file that you're having issues with, and check if the new copy can be opened?

Unfortunately that gives me the same error.
I've tried to download the file en upload it again as well, but that doesn't help either.
Opening smaller files still works, so I'm afraid it has something to do with the file size. But from what I can find online, 18.37 MB shouldn't be a problem at all.- Megan13 days agoDropbox Staff
Now that you mentioned downloading the file, I wanted to ask what happens when you download it and try to preview it locally on the device falonso.
Does that work?Also, is the file type an .xslsx? If I were you, I'd also try an incognito tab on your browser, just to rule out any plugins or extensions that might be interfering with the apps.
