Windows 10 - Tray Icon Red Box with a white 1 in it

My dropbox tray icon has a small red box with a white "1" in it.    What is that? Nothing in the settings indicates a problem.

    It means you have an unread Notification.

    For example a new share or an update to a Paper Document.

    Click on the icon and then on 'Notifications' to see what it is.
