The Dropbox website has a few files glitching out

I tried with a Microsoft Edge and the problem is still there.
Can't you try a different browser to open the link? Or is Gyazo simply not trusted?
Two images are simply glitching hysterically, 200% size - 100% size - 200% size rapidly over and over, and this isn't the first time that I have experienced this with Dropbox, doesn't happen with any other app.

Thanks for the details. Could you try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely?

Guest-mode/incognito seems to work yes, no glitching anymore.

This would mean that an extension, plugin, or other setting in the normal browser is preventing the site from working normally.
Try disabling them all, and then re-enable them one-by-one until the issue re-appears to determine which one is affecting the site.
