Suddenly I can't login to my desktop apps; "couldn't start Dropbox" error

I have the same problem, have tried the advanced reinstallation, but still failed to login to dropbox apps.
Have just tried the your suggestion, below are the error I got, and the same thing after restarting my pc.

Hi sykes0712, could you clarify if you happen to have any 3rd party apps running on your computer, such as antivirus, firewalls or other cloud/backup services?
If you do, could you temporarily disable them and let us know if the issue persists?
