Can't sync my Dropbox account to a new computer

4 months agoHi, Are you sure you're signed into the correct Dropbox account on your new computer? This account should match the one you use on your phone where you can see your files.
If you are using the correct account but still cannot see your files, try unlinking and relinking your computer. Please note that a basic Dropbox account allows you to link only up to three devices
