Linux Dropbox Certificate error
After installing dropbox proprietary (using dropbox_2020.03.04_amd64.deb) and python3-gpg on on Linux Mint the app fails with the following message. This means Dropbox doesn't work at all on Linux wh...
- 3 years agoActually it was some issue with validating the Dropbox certificate (wget didn't work either). Re-installing ca-certificates and then reinstalling dropbox did the trick. If anyone else run in to the same problem here is what solved it for me:
sudo apt install --reinstall ca-certificates
sudo update-ca-certificates -f

Hi can someone talk me through steps to resolve this? We have already reinstalled Dropbox but this hasn't worked.
What do I need to do to resolve these?
