Issues with accessing files in Dropbox folder on laptop
as can be seen in the picture, I can't access anything in the Dropbox folder on my laptop.
is there any way to get them back as I've stopped syncing a month ago and the most updated is not online? ...

Hi SagiP, if you don't see a little Dropbox icon, on your task bar can you perform a quick re-installation of the app, without uninstalling it first?
If this doesn't work, can you also follow the steps given by the prompt above?

Hey SagiP, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you let me know if your D drive is an external or an internal drive?
If it's an external drive, is it currently connected to your computer?
Do you see the small Dropbox icon in your system tray, in order to access the application's preferences?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

hi Hannah,
the Dropbox folder is located in one of my internal drive.
when I try to open from the system tray I get this message. but I didn't move anything, and in fear of losing the latest version of files I haven't done either suggestions.

Hey SagiP, just to confirm, this is what you see after clicking on the Dropbox icon in your system tray and then on the folder icon next to your initials/profile pic?
