    As we expected, IOS 12.1 update has solved the issue. 

    Now, in Shortcus app, the action “Get File” with Dropbox, woks fine, as it dit in Workflow app in IOS 11.

Hi there, since iOS 12 and Siri shortcuts are relatively new, most likely there isn’t any integration or compatibility with the Dropbox mobile app.
