How to completely uninstall the Dropbox desktop app from my Mac OS
I indicated with a click a year ago that I might like to try a free trial of Dropbox. I tried it, I hated it, and I can't get rid of the damned invasive and intrusive
program. Upon opening my MacBook Air, the entire display is covered with Dropbox folders and pop ups screaming that my life would be fulfilled if I tried this or that Dropbox feature. Getting all this Dropbox crap off my screen takes several clicks to close the home screen and the several subscreens and popups blocking my screen.
AND: I've searched everywhere on the Dropbox website, and I can't find even the tiniest hint of how to delete the app, or disable it, or block it, or send it to where the sun don't shine.
HELP ME OUT OF THIS INTRUSIVE DROPBOX HELL!

Hey canoecraft - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
When it comes to the pop-ups you mentioned, are you referring to the app's notifications or notifications you get on the website?
Also note that you should be able to uninstall the app from your computer by following these steps.
Could you give them a go and let me know how it goes?
Thanks!
