If it’s not too much trouble for you, would you mind including a screenshot (omitting personal info) of how this issue has manifested itself on your end, so as to paint a clearer picture of what’s happening?SpoilerFrom there, can you let me know whether you’re having any pending OS updates on your phone? (Note: The most recent stable release for iOS is 12.1.3.) I am having exact same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled it 4 times. I can see all my files but can’t open them. Just the spinning wheel. It was working fine yesterday and it’s working file on my phone and Mac but files are not opening on my iPad. Please help. Thanks

If it’s not too much trouble for you, I’d appreciate it if you could include a step-by-step description, so as to try & re-create the behavior on my end, as well as some screenshots on how this discrepancy has manifested itself on your end (omitting personal info), so as to further advise.

it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it?
