- 6 years agoHey there (Taylor R.4) & (ndizzot), your reports here have been echoing this discussion, as you’ve been describing an issue pertaining to your iPad whereas the same steps on your iPhone yield the expected results. If it’s not too much trouble for you, would you mind including a screenshot (omitting personal info) of how this issue has manifested itself on your end, so as to paint a clearer picture of what’s happening?SpoilerFrom there, can you let me know whether you’re having any pending OS updates on your phone? (Note: The most recent stable release for iOS is 12.1.3.)
