Dropbox in Finder
Since the latest upgrade I cannot put the folder into Finder (in Monterey). is there any way of getting it back there? (not sure if this is the right location for this post?)

Thank you for responding.
Someone else posted about this problem, and got this response from Rich:
"Due to restrictions put in place by Apple, you can no longer move the Dropbox folder on macOS."
With this link:

so I guess that answers the question. Sadly.

Hi xxx9, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what you're referring to in relation to the Dropbox folder?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Thanks for the response.
Before this latest upgrade I had the Dropbox app in the Finder sidebar, which worked well, and gave me clear access to the folders inside the app.
The new upgrade has the app in the Applications folder, and I am not able to pull it into the Finder sidebar.
I have come up with a workaround - to put the specific folders I want access to into the Finder sidebar, but this is only semi-satisfactory.
I have a MacBook Air, with the latest iOS - Monterey.
I would like to downgrade to the previous app - I don't need the new bells and whistles - but it doesn't seem possible.

Hi xxx9, sorry to jump in here!
Is Dropbox visible at all under Locations? Can you send me a screenshot of what you described too?
I'd appreciate a screenshot of your app's preferences, and specifically the Sync tab, please.
Thanks!
