Dropbox desktop application won't open on Windows 10
I've had a ticket open for 5 days now with NO help from DB support! I had the basic plan which was full and stopped working, I upgraded to the plus plan and now I can't even open the application on my desktop! I've deleted and re-installed and still nothing! Any suggestions as to why it won't open? Security settings or preferences? Thank you

Could you let us know your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?
Also, when you say the app won't open, are you getting any specific errors or is it just not responding?
