Dropbox app is stuck indexing two files for weeks on my Windows device.
For weeks the Sync Icon is busy turning. Hovering the mouse over the icon it says "indexing two files", opening the icon it says " two files ar syncing". How can I stop this? How can I find out, whic...

What is the OS you're using? Iâd also like to know the app version youâve installed on the device.
Can you send me a screenshot of your Dropbox appâs current syncing status? Have you ensured that this is not caused by a 3rd party app on your computer like other cloud or syncing, or backup services or even security programs like antivirus or firewalls?
