Thanks for letting us know about this, Nhi Alicia.

Do you perhaps have any security programs like an antivirus, VPN, firewall etc. that could be causing this?

If so, try disabling them temporarily, to see if it helps.

    Keep me posted.

I leave my Windows as default. I didn't install any 3rd Antivirus or VPN software. About Firewall, I didn't change anything. I still used Dropbox normally yesterday. The problem just suddenly came up today. I still don't know why because my Windows (10) has not updated since yesterday.

Anyway, I solved this problem an hour ago, thanks to this article (it uses Task Scheduler):

(please remove the spaces yourself if your IT team want to check the link)

Unbelievable, I can't find any solution on official Dropbox community (all the relevant answers is about Mac only)

I still wanna say Thanks that you replied my question!👍 But just wanna share the problem, and still wanna know the true reason...

Thanks for keeping us updated, Nhi Alicia.

The error you got leads me to believe that there might have been a file or files in your folder that had their permissions incorrectly set.

However, we can't say for sure, since we don't have access to account specific info here on the Community.

I'm glad to see that you managed to solve this, though, and if you need anything else, let us know!
