Zero files but account full

how is this possible? dropbox failed yet again i have 0 files using 0 space - so how in the *heck* is my account running out of space? sounds like a scam to me

    That page in your last screenshot is the one to focus on. If that says you have no data in your account, then you're fine. You can ignore any email you're receiving that says otherwise.
