What happened to my lifetime bonus of 16GB?

I have a free plan (2gb), a few years a go you ran a promo to acquire new accounts and offered a lifetime bonus of 16Gb making my total FREE acount =18Gb.   When I started to fill up my data plan...

This promotion still runs. However, to get the extra 16gb of space you needed to refer 32 people to Dropbox. 

 

All of these people then needed to sign up for a new Dropbox account and install Dropbox on a unique device. This has to be a computer. Mobiles and tablets do not count. You can see the status of these at www.dropbox.com/referral_status
