Hey Jacer - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you tried clicking on the banner in the upper part of the page and selecting the size option as shown below?
Let me know if this helps!
- Jacer4 months agoExplorer | Level 4Yes, I have the size selected.
I can see the size of each individual file.
And if the item is a subfolder of a root folder, I can tick it, click the ellipsis, and calculate size

Hey Jacer, let me also jump in here!
Let's try something else here.
Please hover over a column header and click the dropdown arrow, then select Size.
Once you do that hover over the name of folder and click the check box that appears on the left before clicking the "..." (ellipsis) next to the folder you'd like to calculate the size of.
Click Calculate size and wait for the size to be calculated. Can you give this one a go?- Jacer4 months agoExplorer | Level 4Megan, respectfully, been there done that.
In the leftmost pain locate the following entries: all files, signatures, send in track, photos, more, then your folders.
Click on the first folder in that leftmost pane.
How do I determine the size of that folder and its contents?
