Just checked my Dropbox folder. I shows 489.3 MB. Why am I getting message that I've reached my limit?
- Open the File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
- Navigate to the folder you want to check.
- Right-click on the folder and select "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac).
- Look for the folder size information displayed, which includes the total size of the folder and its contents.
- Sort files by size to identify larger files you can delete. Right-click on unnecessary files and choose "Delete" to remove them.
