Hey there Merry2 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
Can you clarify where exactly you're getting this message? Is it In the app or on the website somewhere or in an email notification?
Also, can you take a look at your plan tab and let me know what it reports in regards to your quota?
Thanks!

Hi Merry2, sorry to jump in here!
That email must have been an indication that you're slowly reaching your allocated quota.
You can see more about the content that's taking up space in your Dropbox account here.
In order to make up space for your account, you'd need to remove unwanted content. I hope this helps!

Hi, by remove do you mean delete? Is their anywhere on my phone I can put my stuff? I don't even understand what Dropbox is ?

Hey Merry2, Dropbox is basically a service that stores and syncs your files across your devices.
If you're using 1.6 GB out of 2 GB, you have nothing to worry about; your files are safe.
If you want to reduce the amount of space you use on Dropbox, you could of course, delete some files.
You can save them to your device, before you delete them.
And you'd like to earn some bonus space, you can take a look at this page.
