You don’t have permission to create a link to this folder

I can't share folders, "You don’t have permission to create a link to this folder" keeps popping up. I waited a few days, still have the same problem, i ask for help

        just got the correspondence notification in this forum.
        The sending address starts like this, "commu...@dropboxforum.com<
        Can we talk to this address?
